Meet Laine

When Leadership Gets Complex

Laine Joelson Cohen is an ICF-certified Executive and Team Coach who partners with senior leaders and leadership teams to tackle the challenges that matter most to their leadership and their organizations.

Most executive coaches bring either methodology or real-world experience. Laine brings both: structured, evidence-based coaching grounded in 25+ years of leading at senior levels herself. She has built and managed large teams, led enterprise-wide leadership development, and guided leaders through some of the most complex transitions organizations face.

Previously, Laine served as Global Head of Learning for HR and North America Head of Leadership and Executive Development at Citi.

The Coach Behind the Work

That combination is what sets her apart. She does not just understand leadership theory. She understands the weight of it: the competing priorities, the organizational politics, the pressure to perform while developing others, and the moments when the path forward is anything but clear.

Whether you are facing a high-stakes decision, stepping into expanded scope, navigating organizational transformation, or simply ready to raise the bar on your own leadership, Laine meets you where you are.

Every engagement is confidential, direct, and built around what will make the biggest difference for you.
